Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday). Orders placed after 12pm ET ship the next business day. During peak seasons, processing may take up to 5 business days.

Free Shipping

Orders over $75 CAD qualify for free standard shipping within Canada.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can track your order in your Puchica account or through the carrier's website.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days at support@puchica.ca. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Shipping to Remote Areas

Orders to remote or rural areas may add 2–3 additional business days.
