Fixtures ship tracked from our supplier’s warehouse overseas, and shipping is free across Canada. Most orders reach Canadian addresses in two to three weeks; checkout shows the estimate for your address, and the tracking number arrives by email the day it ships.

Not at the moment. Puchica ships to Canadian addresses only. If you are outside Canada, email hello@puchica.ca and we will let you know when that changes.

When a tracked service is available, the tracking link is included in your shipping confirmation. Contact us with your order number if you need help.

Every fixture has a standard screw-base socket (E26 in Canada; the supplier labels it E27, the same thread) rated 90–260 V, so a normal Canadian LED bulb threads straight in. No bulb is included. A warm 2700 K LED filament bulb shows the weave best; a cool white flattens it. Use LED only — bamboo and rattan are dry, warm-sensitive materials — and stay within the wattage printed on the socket.

Cords are 100–150 cm and are shortened at installation, so the drop is set on site. A common starting point is 75–85 cm (30–34 in) between a table top and the bottom of the shade; over a kitchen island go a little higher so nobody knocks it; in a hallway or over a landing keep the bottom above head height. Hanging two or three, stagger the drops by 15–20 cm and space them about the width of one shade apart.
