1. General

By accessing and placing an order through shop.puchica.ca, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

2. Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD). We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. We reserve the right to cancel any order we suspect to be fraudulent.

3. Shipping

Standard shipping: 5–10 business days. Express shipping: 3–5 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Free shipping on orders over $75 CAD. We ship across Canada. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

4. Returns

Unworn, unused items in original condition may be returned within 30 days. See our Refund Policy for full details.

5. Product Information

We strive to display accurate product images and descriptions. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of colour will be accurate. Dimensions and weights are approximate.
